Our Story

Ramos Upholstery™ isn’t just a business; it’s a family tradition. It all started in 1994 with our dad, Phillip Ramos. Back in high school, he discovered a love for upholstery that went far beyond a simple hobby. While working as a line cook at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Phillip’s passion for upholstery grew, eventually leading him to take the leap and start his own company. Our humble beginnings saw Phillip working from the basement of our house, breathing new life into furniture and crafting basic upholstery pieces for Red Robin. It wasn’t glamorous, but it laid the foundation for what would become a thriving business.

From Basement to Warehouse

Through hard work, dedication, and countless referrals, Ramos Upholstery™ began to flourish. The basement workshop soon became too small to accommodate the growing demand. This marked a pivotal moment for the company – the move to a dedicated warehouse space. This expansion opened doors to new possibilities, allowing us to explore design and innovation.
